DAY 1: HANOI - HA LONG BAY - LAN HA BAY (LUNCH & DINNER)
08:00 - 08:30: A luxury van will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy the scenic views of the Red River Delta en route to Ha Long Bay. (Transfer service not included)
11:00 – 11:30: Arrive at Lot 32 - Tuan Chau Marina for check-in at the waiting lounge, where a warm welcome awaits with special tea.
11:45 – 12:00: Transfer to Orchid Cruises via speedboat. Upon boarding, enjoy welcome drinks and a briefing about the cruise and safety protocols.
12:45 – 13:00: Enjoy lunch while cruising through the stunning landscapes of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, recognized as one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.
15:00 – 15:30: Visit the enchanting Dark and Bright Caves, where kayaking provides a close-up view of Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery.
Alternative Option: Discover Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches Islets), where you can kayak, relax on sandy shores, or swim in the crystal-clear waters (weather permitting).
17:00 – 17:30: Anchor in Tra Bau, Lan Ha Bay for an overnight stay, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the bay.
18:00 – 18:15: Join a cooking demonstration on board and enjoy Happy Hour (buy one, get one free) at the bar while witnessing the sunset over the bay.

19:15 – 19:30: Indulge in a fusion dinner featuring fresh ingredients in a stylish dining space blending elegant French neoclassicism with traditional oriental elements.
21:00 – 21:30: Spend the evening enjoying the bay's night beauty from the sundeck or restaurant. Engage in activities like squid fishing, movie watching, chess, or card games.
DAY 2: LAN HA BAY (BREAKFAST - LUNCH - DINNER)
06:00 – 06:30: Begin the day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck, surrounded by the tranquil morning view of Lan Ha Bay.
06:45 - 07:00: Head to the dining room for a delightful breakfast as we continue cruising through the bay’s peaceful landscapes.
07:45 - 08:00: Transfer to a day-boat for a visit to Viet Hai village. Enjoy a scenic bicycle ride along village paths, through rainforests and a dark tunnel, taking in beautiful rice field views. At the village, relax and explore a traditional local house built from straw, mud, and bamboo, where you’ll experience the authentic local life in the valley.
Optional electric car service is available for an additional cost
Back to day-boat: Continue exploring Lan Ha Bay with a delicious lunch served on board.
13:30 - 14:00: Arrive at Ba Men Temple, an ideal spot for scenic kayaking or lounging on a sandy beach amid the bay’s beautiful scenery.
16:00 - 16:30: Return to Orchid Cruises. Guests can join a cooking class, swim in the untouched bay area, or relax at the bar with Happy Hour (buy 1, get 1) as the sun sets over the Gulf of Tonkin.
19:00 – 19:30: Enjoy a delicious fusion dinner in a romantic, intimate setting prepared by our dedicated onboard catering team.
21:00 – 21:30: End the evening on the sundeck, admiring the bay at night, or head to the bar for a drink. You can also try squid fishing, watch a movie, or relax with games in the restaurant. (Optional massage services are available; please consult the Cruise Manager for bookings and the massage menu)
23:00: Conclude Day 2 with a peaceful overnight stay on board.
DAY 3: HA LONG BAY – HANOI (BREAKFAST & BRUNCH)
06:00 – 06:30: Start your final day with a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck, surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Ha Long Bay at dawn. For early risers, dawn hunting is possible from 5:30 to 6:00, with guidance from our sailors.
06:45 - 07:00: Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the restaurant as we continue cruising.
07:15 – 07:30: Transfer by bus to explore Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island, nestled within Cat Ba National Park and surrounded by Kim Giao Forest. The 300-meter-long cave, located 15 km from Cat Ba town, features fascinating stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years, with intriguing geological formations and historical vestiges.
09:45 – 10:00: Return to Orchid Cruises for checkout. Relish a delightful brunch at our restaurant, a perfect ending to your journey through the bay.
11:00 – 11:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. With warm farewells from our crew, conclude your cruise experience with Orchid Cruises.
14:30 – 15:00: Arrive back at your drop-off point in Hanoi. End of an unforgettable trip.
